I love Ryuk, he's my favourite Death Note character! I used to wish i had a Death Note too, not for killing(BAD STUFFZ) but just so i could talk to my own shinigami. C:
And we could play video games, and i would make him apple pie and we would be happy FOREVAR!

The Kanji is supposed to mean "Ryuuku" but i lack Japanese skillz so i used Wikipedia.

Technically, I have a shinigami. He's a soul bond("Imaginary friend" if you must dumb it down.) really, but they have the same prospect. Minus the whole, "can kill anyone they want" thing.
